FoxNews Hannity interviews Jimmy McMillian, presidential candidate.
Yes we always need to start with the clowns before we get to the candidates, but be aware of each one now. No matter how much of a joke you may think they are now, remember we did get stuck with Obama!
McMillian babbles with no direction at all. His slogan “The Rent is too Damn High” has now changed to the “The deficit is too damn high”. Hannity asked McMillian about his “Rent is too damn high” concept, pointing out that New York has rent-control, and to force rent prices is government take over of industry & socialism. It was obvious the McMillian misses the point.
Hannity then asked McMillian what is your solution (to the deficit)? He wants to pardon all debt. Hannity states, what about people with out debt? McMillian responds, oh then you don’t have to worry.
THIS is the problem.. McMillian, even at his age in life fails to realize that debt can not just be forgotten/forgiven/pardoned.. someone will have to pay, somehow, someway. Debt is created by purchasing a product or service, so what happens to the entity that provided that service? They now will suffer due to lost income. Those people will have to limit work force, increase prices, and or close their operation. This is a perfect way to kill a country, this is a very poorly thought out concept.
If listening to the rantings of a man, who surely is somehow mentally limited, if this was not enough… he also voted for Obama. Hannity asked if he regrets that decision? McMillian said no. Yet McMillian pointed out the Obama did not do his job. Apparently the job he feels Obama failed to do was transforming America into a socialist country, (“spreading the wealth”), McMillians thought process of forgiving debt is not much different, and I am sure as he thinks about it further his idea will expand.
The sad reality, while this guy is running under the Republican name, his agenda runs on the same path as Obama and other liberals. So be cautious.. watch these people now. This guy seems friendly and nice, but sadly not too bright!
A couple of days ago I highlighted the candidates, potentials, etc.. see more on: March 6, 2011.
Adding from Townhall, a peek at the Republican candidates, relating it to selecting a dish from a menu. At first glance everything looks great, until you have to make a choice. Ultimately you end up finding you have very few choices, and have to decide on the least offensive option. Overall the focus of choice is to replace Obama.
And Republicans will surely stomach the nominee, if for no other reason than they’re ravenous to make Obama a one-termer. And, as the Irish say, hunger is the best sauce
